Seven Oaks Subdivision

Seven Oaks began development in 1991 as a highly restricted, multiple filing subdivision. The subdivision now has all seven filings developed with about 224 lots. The development is one of the premier subdivisions in East Ascension Parish containing many large oak trees and several lakes spread throughout. The lots are large and nicely spaced with a minimum size of about ½ acre. Several large common areas provide cul-de-sacs that produce nice lot arrangements. The subdivision restrictions maintain consistency in home architecture and make landscaping mandatory for all homeowners. Seven Oaks is located in a rural setting, though near many schools and shopping centers. East Ascension is one of the fastest growing communities in Louisiana, providing a great place to live and work.
