| | The Architectural Committee is responsible for reviewing and approving all prospective home plans, reviewing and submitting to board all homeowner requests/deviations, maintaining signed records of all approvals/denials, monitoring adherence of all construction restrictions, addressing/following up violations, interpreting restrictions for board vote/explanation, managing committee members, submitting committee budget, ensuring a member will be present at monthly meetings or will deliver a report, and preparing articles for newsletter when necessary.
