Officers and Board of Directors
The primary mission of the 2007-08 Board of Directors of the
Seven Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc. is to exercise all of
the powers and privileges as required to perform the duties and
obligations of the Seven Oaks Homeowners Association as set
forth in the restrictions for all filings, make decisions that
will directly, or indirectly, help maintain or increase the
property value; and to promote the health, safety, and welfare
of the residents in Seven Oaks Subdivision.
President
- represents association at all functions, consults
with HOA attorney, consults with developers, conducts monthly
meetings and annual meeting, coordinates and monitors special
projects, duties of committees/board members and committee
interaction, and provides back up to any assigned duties
Vice-President - handles duties assigned by president
(overflow, special tasks or projects), leads meetings in
absence of president, and acts as sergeant at arms
Treasurer - manages HOA finances, collects dues and
back payments, pays for goods and services rendered/preformed,
monitors and reports delinquent fees/dues, files taxes if
necessary, chairs budget committee with officers as members,
chairs special committee to identify / maintain lot ownership
records
Secretary - Records/provides minutes for all meetings,
maintains all correspondence and official records, retrieves
mail from post office, maintains database for association,
chairs HOA Directory with special committee, prepares and
handles election forms, and prepares all correspondence
at request of officer, board members and committee chairs
Board Members - acts as decision making body for
HOA business, carries out tasks assigned by president, recruits
committee chairs and members, determines / enforces restrictions
and takes appropriate action, and monitors legal actions
taken by HOA

year
