The Garden
Committee is responsible for reviewing and submitting to
board all homeowner requests/deviations, monitoring all
restrictions (yards, lots & lakes - landscaping, grass height,
flower beds) for violations, providing guidance for visions
and noise screens, interpreting restrictions for board vote/explanation,
addressing / following up violations, maintaining front
common area (plant change out), promoting/maintaining "Yard
of the Month" program, managing committee members, submitting
committee budget, ensuring a member will be present at monthly
meetings or will submit a report, and preparing articles
for newsletter when necessary.
