The Maintenance
Committee is responsible for administering maintenance of
common areas/services, reviewing and submitting to board
all homeowner requests/deviations, monitoring all restrictions
(power & water services, street signs, lake) for violations,
addressing / following up violations, interpreting restrictions
for board vote/explanation, managing committee members,
submitting a committee budget, ensuring that a member will
be present at monthly meetings or will deliver a report,
and preparing articles for newsletter when necessary.
